Jalapeno Chilli Mash a delicious mild chilli puree. It can be used for a variety of cooking applications, or use in moderation as a condiment. This mash is made using the finest quality UK grown Jalapeno Chillies.
The Jalapeno has a heat rating of 3,500 to 8,000 Scovilles (SHU). This is over one of the mildest commercially available chillies! This chilli puree has a 70% chilli content. It can be used in place of fresh or dried chillies for a wide variety of cooking applications. Try adding it to spice up a marinade, curry or stir fry.

Following anything from a 2 to 12 month fermentation stage, we heat treat and pack our chilli mash for your enjoyment. All our products are made in the UK using chillies sourced from quality Senegalese and UK sources with full traceability.

Hot but not scorching hot, the kind of sauce i will happily eat with a spoon, because the flavour is deep and satisfying (yes the reaper sauce). so excited to try the other 8 sauces i ordered.
