Our garlic paste is a clean, natural puree made from ingredients naturally free of all allergens and nasties.
Like all our other purees, we use 3 simple ingredients - A single Variety of Fruit, Chilli or Vegetable, Cider Vinegar & Salt.
We created this product fed up with the fact that most similar purees have unwanted ingredients such as sorbates or even citric acid.
Used by restaurants and caterers around the country and widely used in our own product, this punchy Garlic puree.

Hot but not scorching hot, the kind of sauce i will happily eat with a spoon, because the flavour is deep and satisfying (yes the reaper sauce). so excited to try the other 8 sauces i ordered.
