Naga Chilli Puree 1kg. Extremely hot fermented Naga chilli puree made using the finest quality UK grown chillies. 
Naga Chilli Puree At 1,100,000 Scovilles (SHU) the Naga Chilli is one of the hottest chillies in the world! This chilli mash, with 70% chilli content, is one of the hottest product that we produce! In fact, it's one of the hottest non-extract products that you can find on the market today. Use this Naga Chilli puree with caution, in place of fresh or dried chillies for a wide variety of cooking applications. Try adding it to spice up a marinade, curry or stir fry. A little goes a long way! 

Ingredients: Naga Chillies (70%), Vinegar, Salt. 

Heat Scale: Extremely Hot

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within three months.

About Our Products: Chilli Mash Company produces the finest quality chilli mashes. We barrel ferment our chillies in Hampshire, UK. It's a traditional method that we have perfected over four years. Following anything from a 2 to 12-month fermentation stage, we heat treat and pack our chilli mash for your enjoyment. All our products are made in the UK using chillies sourced from quality Senegalese and UK sources with full traceability.

Love it!!

I use this naga purée as a sauce on more or less anything I eat. Absolutely love it, nearly finished 1kg bottle so will be ordering another soon. Waiting for the Carolina reaper purée to be back in stock. Very highly recommend the naga chilli purée if you like a nice kick of heat and the flavour is delicious. 6/5* from me
