Hot Stuff is a ballsy take on a classic hot sauce. This saucy little number is packed with red chilli, fermented scotch bonnet and habaneros, rounded off with a generous hit of garlic. We have given it a medium-hot spice level so it appeals to all lovers of a good hot sauce. It is perfect to splash in-home cooking or to use as a saucy hot dip.

Hot Stuff is packed with chilli ferment for a smoother more natural taste. With no added sugar, it's suitable for diabetics too.

Ingredients: Cider Vinegar, Red Pepper, Chilli (Habanero Chilli, Red Chilli), Scotch Bonnet Mash (Scotch Bonnet Chilli, Cider Vinegar, Salt), Xanthan Gum.

Beautiful Tabasco-esque Sauce

This is my new favourite. It’s a free-flowing sauce - a bit like Tabasco - and the flavours aren’t a million miles away but it’s much more complex. It’s not too hot and makes a good every day hot sauce!
