This is quite a mild heat, but has masses of tangy citrus and a lovely gentle after heat. Easy to use it on many dishes, which is why I'm now on my third bottle...

Everything Dominique has written about this sauce is true. It’s suck a great pairing for Mexican and Spanish dishes, gaucamole, red onion, empanadas, quesadillas etc. it’s not too hot but it has a lovely kick. The lime really comes through - wonderfully zesty. It’s not hot sauce but it is definitely a sauce that’s hot and I think it probably matches those Hispanic flavours as good as anything else and some even better!
Hot but not scorching hot, the kind of sauce i will happily eat with a spoon, because the flavour is deep and satisfying (yes the reaper sauce). so excited to try the other 8 sauces i ordered.
Tried it on its own lovely smokey flavour with a bit of heat will definitely be ordering again
This is an amazing mayo! really hits the spot with the heat it builds up but is really great and not over powering but also hot
