The Green Scotch Bonnet Chilli has a heat rating of 150-250,000 Scovilles (SHU). At this heat, it is over 50 times hotter than your average Jalapeno Chilli! This chilli puree has a 75% chilli content. One can use it sparingly in place of fresh or dried chillies for various cooking applications. Try adding it to spice up a marinade, curry or stir fry. A little goes a long way!
