Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Yellow

Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Yellow has all of the heat of its Red brother, the Red Moruga Scorpion, howeer the yellow version is slightly sweeter and fruitier. A vibrantly beautiful chilli pepper, it's looks almost identical to the Yellow 7 Pot chilli. It goes by a range of names, from Moruga Scorpion Yellow to Yellow Moruga Scorpion pepper and Yellow Moruga Chilli. It's bright, gorgeous yellow color and flavour profile lend it to sauces containing mango, papaya and pineapple. A highly productive plant, the Moruga Scorpion Yellow is a pepper plant grows up to 6 feet tall.

If you like it really hot, try this fiesty chilli finely chopped in a salad or in a marinade.

Just what I needed

Intensely hot and a good flavour. The perfect fruit are fermenting and the blemished ones (not very many) have made a very tasty vinegar-based sauce.

Hot and full of flavour!!

This is the first time I tried this particular chili and boy was I pleasantly surprised! Hot, fiery with a beautiful aroma! It is definitely my firm favourite now!!! Very good value for money also.
